Who can post a project?+
Registered vendors whose bidding access has been enabled by the admin team, and the EvVolt admin team itself.
Who can bid?+
Only EPC partners that have completed KYC and been granted bidding access from the admin panel. Admin can also invite specific EPCs to a project.
Are bids visible to other EPCs?+
No. Bidding is sealed. Only the admin team sees all bids; the vendor sees the outcome.
How is the winner chosen?+
Admin reviews the top 5 (lowest price first, with timeline, warranty and EPC track record) and awards the most suitable partner.
Is there a fee?+
Posting projects and bidding is free during the launch phase.
